1999-11-14 23:59:17 i spent this weekend at my sisters house near pittsburgh. everywhere i kept seeing signs of norwin band. norwin is the high school that ryan the drill guy came to us from. when we saw them at hofstra, all chris and tony could say was "those are some hot color guard!" norwin was even mentioned at church because penn state lost but norwins football team is in the playoffs or something. anyway, we were at church that night because of my neices baptism. i am her god mother and henry, my brother in law's nephew, is the god father. normally, i wouldnt think anything of this situation. but when i told a friend about it he said, "but arent godparents supposed to be married?" now, i dont know one set of godparents who are married, but apparently his are. "we're not even 18 yet!" i retorted. everything else only adds fuel to the fire. as soon as i got home saturday there was already an email in my inbox from him. the first time we were paired was at my sisters wedding when we were about 8 or 9 years old. we havent seen each other in the 9 years since, but we heard plenty about each other from our families. since ive caught up with him ive learned that hes in the band as well and wants to study music education in college. he seems really sweet ::grins:: so i told my friend that we'll be married as soon as we turn 18 and he can even be a witness. after all that i hesitate to admit that while i was talking to him i did have strange premonitions that this would be the man i would marry. could it be true ? . . . . nah ::shakes her head:: last night i had some pretty strange dreams. almost akin to nightmares. they were about going to kairos this week. i cant even remember exactly what went on in those dreams now. but i just dont have a good feeling about this. im so glad lee will be there too. and now, a bit of insight worth keeping: "i kinda cant picture you smiling since you dont do that too often in school" yah, that was said about me after i did one of these ::smiles:: online
